All billing is renewed automatically on a weekly basis, based on the number of leads desired and the length of the cycle.  Leads that are for some unforeseen reason not a credible lead because no contact was ever made or the lead was not a qualified one, a credit for that lead will be issued in the form of a replacement lead (upon verification).
